Joe sits on many professional ADR panels of mediators, conciliators and arbitrators in Ireland for bodies such as the Law Society, Engineers Ireland, Construction Industry Federation, Mediators Institute Ireland, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Eirgrid. He sits on international panels in Dubai and China.
Joe is a mediation Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and an accredited mediator ,assessor and tutor with CIArb.
He is an accredited Adjudicator with CIArb and a qualified Conciliator through Engineers Ireland and CIArb.
Recently he became a member of the CIArb panel of Environmental and Planning Mediators
Joe also delivers mediation training programmes and mediator accreditation assessments around the world.
Joe served as the international President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2010
Joe is course director, tutor and assessor in mediation and arbitration training with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Joe who is a Chartered Engineer has acted as a Consulting Engineer, Project Manager and Property Consultant on a wide variety of commercial and infrastructural projects.
